RETURN (WITHDRAWN FROM THE AGREEMENT)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract purchased in the shop 3Dlogy products within 14 days of their receipt, on the terms described in the Act of 30/05/2014. on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014 No. 827)

In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the product received should be sent to the following address:

along with a document confirming the purchase and a printed, completed and signed return form.

• We do not accept parcels sent to us for downloading or parcel machines.

• Each returned product should be properly packed and secured, it should reach us intact, not indicating its use.

• The cost of sending back the goods is covered by the Buyer.

• Returns of transaction costs are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

We always refund costs by bank transfer to the account indicated in the form, regardless of how the customer pays for the goods.

COMPLAINT

If you have received goods that do not comply with the order, the complaint procedure applies. The complaint must be submitted at the latest within 3 calendar days, counting from the day following the day after noticing the product defect.

If you want to take a complaint, please follow the instructions below:

1. Very accurately photograph the product and the reason for the complaint.

2. Download, print, complete and sign a complaint form:

3. Scan the document confirming the purchase.

4. Send all the above files (photos of the advertised product along with the reason for the complaint + completed and signed complaint form + scan of the document confirming the purchase) to the email address info@3dlogy.com. Wait for our response, if you ask for a return of the product, please send it to:

• We do not accept parcels sent to us for downloading or parcel machines.

• Each advertised product should be clean, properly packed and secured. In the case of a justified complaint, the defective product will be repaired or replaced with the same product, but full-value, and if it is impossible, 3Dlogy will refund any transaction costs incurred by the customer.

• Transaction costs are refunded via bank transfer.

3Dlogy will respond to any request promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the complaint. Complaints are dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964. Civil Code.
